Because foam is subjected to different conditions dependent upon use, we do not warrant foam for any particular length of time.

Degree of firmness is not a condition for return. Samples of our foam are available to determine if this foam is right for your use. There is a 1/4" variance on all cuts; any product that exceeds that variance may be returned, provided it is accompanied by the original packing list.

Variances in color are intrinsic to foam production and do not affect the quality of the product.

Due to health concerns we can not accept returns on Pet Beds because of wrong size.
